Richard B Lackey Apothocary Bottle

Has anyone ever heard of this bottle? I have one I found in Philadelphia area years ago along river and have always wondered about it. When find where I put ill post pic. Was cork type about 5 inches tall and if remember correctly name and Apothocary were in an oval on side
