Nah, 4-H, it's over towards Grand Junction, north of Rifle. They're only about 5,000 ft., about the same elevation as Denver on the other side of the mountains. Here's what they look like from the backside, too.

Hmmm, and I thought we saw all those cool sites! I know the area you are talking about now. Hey, you wanna see a cool place? Comming from Estes park head through allens park till you see the signs going to Nederland. Before you get to Nederland Take the road that reads Carribou. You will see some amazing sites. It's old silver mining teritory that winds you through the San Juan mountains. you'd better take a 4 wheel drive though. The drive is awsome...check it out!

Oh yeah, 4-H, there's some awesome sights over there. For instance, Nederland has the Frozen Dead Guy! Ha-ha, that would be a sight!

There is some awesome fly fishing above the falls.
Big fish. Lots of them.
just above the hatchery, all year long.
Plow out to the creek in snowshoes and get on in (with waders of course).
folks really get courious when they see you taking off fish in January.

Love these Mountains.
