Well...I should have known better...not that it was a waste of time...I did get to meet Brandon, his attorney, and a few others.
Seems to me that they...the 3 judges (Larry, Curly, and Moet )will pass the buck.

Keep those Dredges dry for awhile longer.

Harumph! Sounds like yet ANOTHER delaying tactic. Why is it no judge will make a decision on these matters? Seems like when they put the robe on, they leave their balls at the door.

My wife, father, and I attended my Appellant court hearing this morning, along with a few other miners, and Steve and Rich Krimm from The New 49ers.
My Attorney James Buchal and the States attorney were each given 15 mins to present their arguments with the judges interrupting as needed asking questions where clarification was needed. The judges did not seem to give indication of leaning either way.
It was a very quick hearing and no decision was issued at the conclusion of the oral arguments, I'm being told a decision will be given within 90 days maybe sooner?

Well let's see here.......

Summer vacation with the family
Mid week golf
Poker with the boys
Twiddling their thumbs

Hoping that some other court will pass a decision so they won't have to make a ruling themselves or they'll just follow with whatever the other ruling was even if it is wrong.

Need I say more?

The constitution say we're entitled to a speedy trial. Guess as long as we're not dead it's fast enough for them.

seems i saved a boat load of gas, made it as far as Marysville running late, had a Mac-attack, decided to forgo the trip, if this is anything like i experince last time i was in court precedings, i saw three dif judges in all theree court apperence, these be new judges'hearing the matter?
