I found this today at an old home. It has an eagle on the front and one on each side. Not sure what it is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like an old one for sure....Maybe an air force ring?

Cool ring ! Looks to be old military .Congrats

Don't know, but it's pretty cool! Congrats!

WWII Military ring. Looks to be in good condition.

Predates Air Force & should have wings & a prop if it's Air Corps. No Eagle Globe & Anchor so I'm betting US Army (looks like their bird).

Thanks for the replys everyone. Fellas, thanks. How can you tell its WW2?

Found a ring very similar to yours on Snyders Treasures, identified as a US WW1 Air Service ring. Main difference is the one on that website is sterling with some enamel on it but the design is very close. If I can come up with additional info on it I'll post it here.

Thanks mirage! Any additional info is appreciated!

It's WWII.

Not sure I concur in that one. The WWII rings are more ornate, have more detailed features than the ring EC found. The rings AU Seeker found in searching more closely resemble the ring in the OP, same one I came across trying to identify it.

No matter, very cool find!

Maybe it is a ring issued to Polish submarine crews!

I believe the eagle tells the story. (at least it does for Quartermaster Corp) WW1and before, the eagle's head is down. WWII and later the eagle's head is more in an upright position. You do find some WWII items with the head down as the jewellers reused the dies to save cost.

Thanks for all the information everyone I appreciate it.
