Ring With Eagles on it. Any Ideas?

I found this today at an old house. It has an eagle on the front as well as one on each side. I wonder if its perhaps a military or cub scout ring? Thanks for looking and any help would be appreciated.

That's an Army great seal eagle on the top. My guess would be a service member ring.

Probably a massed produced ring from the 30's-50's......jmho

That type ring was sold at the PX, but that one is much older than the ones I've seen. Tony
