Did not find any pirates nor gold or silver
Sharkhunter fueled up the big detector mobile and off we head south bound to the O B X.
Once we arrive at the end of the road, we head south through southern shores, duck, whale head or whale bone, I forget, our goal is Corolla.
I have not been south of kitty hawk in over 50 years, have always gone south, what a area we are getting ready to go through.
I one word-------------------------indescribable
I had hear how nice that area was, but man oh man what a nice area and they are very proud of their gasoline – reg-------------3.30 – per gal.
Lots of people on the beach today – sharkhunter’s mobile is 4 wheel drive, so we head right to the beach.
Beach was much wider north than we found at the 8 mile marker. - ran into one of capt ray’s hunting buddies------------------Chris, he was just driving his pick up on the beach, said it was really sanded in bad------------chris is exterior cleaner guy his truck says.
