I had a couple hours to spare so I decided to hit a small town about 14 miles from me. I figured on about 1.5 hours between travel and stopping, and about a gallon of fuel. I called ahead to the local big bank and they actually did have one box of halves. Thats odd, I though to myself. I have never had a small town bank randomly have a box in inventory. That boxes existence sealed the deal to make the trip.
First stop, the tellers thought I meant that I wanted paper coin rolls. They had no actual halves
I hate it when that happens.
Second stop, another regional bank, had $310 in CWRs.
Third stop was the big national bank that had the box . Went to the counter and explained that I had called for halves, the lady reaches down and grabs a box. Now, with this bank I have always received flat strings boxes (they are currently serviced by loomis). The box she plops on the table is a square Brinks box. Are you guys serviced by Brinks down here? I asked. Nope, not any more, we are serviced my loomis now, she said. She saw my obvious puzzlement, and went on to explain that this box was ordered THREE YEARS AGO by a local who stopped coming in. My heart skipped a beat... Do you still want it? She asked. Yes please, ill take it.
I went through the CWRs first. They produced: 61, 67x2, 69 Not bad for CWRs here.
The box, opened it up and immediately saw two enders. SCORE!
Box produced: 59, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67x2, 68x2 (one was OB ender), 69 OB ender
I had visions of an epic box, this one was pretty epic for me. Best I have ever opened with 3 90%.
