about 45 years ago i found a perfectly round, smooth, object it felt like a rock but it was extremely heavy for it's size (about the size of a ping pong ball. I found it in the Green River Cove area of Western,NC (Polk County). It was near an old busted dam, but it wasn't in the water. It had a small crack in it. Any help would be appreciated.
