Returned to the ankle breaker. The weather was a little less harsh with only a little light rain. (no thunder/lightning)
I gridded the better area for nearly 3 hours, Cru'dad tried the field next door for about 2 hours without success. He tried my field for 4 runs but gave up before he got any injury. Wise move.
All of the following fell to the XP;

17 Bronze Roman Coins
Roman Chicken Brooch (Broken) - First of its type for the collection.
Roman Snake Bracelet piece - by far the best example I have had of this popular British Roman Jewelry. (Loads of details I've not seen before)
Roman Silver Denarius of Caracalla, AD 196. Issue for Caracalla as Caesar under Sept. Severus Priestly emblems of Lituus, knife, jug, simpulum & sprinkler.
This is what I was hoping for off this site.:headbang:

Your both right, I knew it had to come, I just didn't know how many days it would take.

Congrats! :hello2: Thats a beauty! And another Faustina, bracelet and brooch? Man, that was a killer day!

Nope its a rarer find of CRISPINA Sestertius, & half a Brooch. Although its my only Chicken Brooch, this farmers daughter runs a free-range chicken business, so if they show an interest they may get it.

I believe she is finalising plans to extend the chicken farming and investing in a second shed. This is a good omen for her! very timely. :hello2:
