Firstly I'm still in a T-shirt in November!
We only had a short 2.5 hour window to grid this ankle breaker but it was well worth it. One of my best short hunts in awhile! Cru'Dad saved himself on the last run & contributed 1 Roman Coin to the haul.

A copper-core of an imitation denarius of one of the Julia's - UPDATE; ''Just realised that the big lettering on that Bronze is actually Greek/Foreign and it is our first Roman Provincial coin. Those coins are thicker and heavier as AE bronzes. Just not sure which Province & Empress yet''

Geez what's there not to like about having a short hunt like the one you just had. Liking the silver Pony and really nice strike, also getting the rare bronze is a huge bonus. What a day! with a great looking Fib. even though it has a bend, and stunning silver to top it off. Congrats

I'm thinking that once this rolled and compacted your return hunts are going to be pretty sweet.

Yes, it should be because the Cortes is missing a lot & even my XP isn't getting the best out of the large cracks.

Finally Cru'Dad IDed our only provincial mint Roman Coin;

Julia Domna AE18 AD 194-217 of Perga, Pamphylia, 5.25g. IOVᴧIAΔ -OMNA CE, draped bust right / ΠEΡΓA-IΩN, Artemis standing right, quiver on shoulder, holding bow and torch.
