Roman Silver, to clean or not??

Found last week on a deeply rutted field just after the potato crop was harvested, Didn't think it was silver till l got it home, it's got this rather attractive black patina, Should l clean it or leave it as it is ?. Oldsoapy...

I only ever seen one Roman Denarius as black as that before, and it was the same coin...weird. I clean nearly all my Silver coins because they usually require some sort of cleaning, that one I would leave alone...nice find.
