Ahh, to be young and fit They were good and that encouraged me to try one, or two of those moves. When I found my jump rope it only had one end so I couldn't practice anything

That brings a whole new meaning to talent, I can't wait until my Daughter and Son get home from vacation tomorrow to show them this, my Son(12) will like the girls I'm sure, but my Daughter(9) will want to watch this one over and over again because she is very active in sports.

That is great that your daughter is into sports. I commend her for it, and she will benefit from it in many ways.
