Don't pack in lite do ya ;D .
I just had to toss it all in the trailer to get off the floor for the project of building the new trailer tung to mount the crusher .

Really like the piece in your post. Was it crushed or kept, and if crushed approx what did it yield. Looks like it could be heavy nice piece.:notworthy:

I intend to keep it as is Oak . Dog do'in good ? :coffee2:

Nice, I like the 5 ton pintle loop the best.

I know this is an old post, but what is the weight of your crusher and motor?

Aprox 85 lbs .
I built removable legs for it also .
I can move it myself but I also made handles to make it easier for two people to move it , but I go out with my wife most of the time .
Just made it a lot easier to mount it . That way it's always ready .

The buckets are still waiting , I crushed 6 buckets be for my crusher gave out on the chains .
Revamped and made new impact hammers.
I was going through chains to fast .
Each bucket varies but close to 6-8 grams per bucket I picked up 18 buckets at 75lbs each .

looks like a nice rig! I'd love to see pics of the whole trailer if you have some.

I do but since they changed things on here I'm not sure how to add pictures yet .

Ok I figured it out. Just been a while sense I posted any pix .

Awesome trailer Jair !

I feel fortunate to have seen it in person as well as in action during the prospecting adventures we shared last fall. I was so impressed with it I felt the need to add one similar to my arsenal.

Have a ways to go yet to rival what you have done with yours but I am enjoying the project as well as the challenge.
Here is the M-416 I started with.........

So far I've fabricated a tailgate and added a tongue box. But extending the tongue to add my crusher is on the to do list as well as adding the overhead rack and side racks
Since I will need to fabricate fenders anyway I will probably go with 12" wide instead of the original 10" that way I'll be able to have 12" wide side racks.
