Found these in San Antonio they attract a magnet and seem pretty heavy,are covered I. Looks like Fossil imprints idk what it is plz help

Looks like slag from a smelter.
 
Yep, just smelter waste slag, often it was used as landfill material, railroad track ballast, etc.
