Sand Shark question

Anyone using the 10.5" coil on the Sand Shark

I have used this detector and coil in the past. It is naturally deeper than the stock coil and to narrow down the signal or get a feeling to how deep it is you raise the coil higher. Does this help.

I try not to use PI's now because I wear out quickly from deeper holes.

Thanks for the reply . I have been using PI machines on Florida beaches since the mid 1980's . Love them. Have you used the clean sweep coil?

Yes I have, but not with the Sand Shark, only the Tiger. I can think of no other coil you need for the dry sand except maybe the WOT coil if you are running a Sov GT or Excal.
