Saturday hunt

Hunted after Thanksgiving feast at sister in laws in Indiana. We always get together a week early so everyone can still have Thanksgiving with their own families as well.Hunted a elementary school where I had found a gold ring last yr. Thought I found gold today . It is a small angel with diamonds;but only says avon on it inside.Also found a nail with a Bible verses on both sides.A spoon and lots of trash. Took my friend with me who lost his wife 3 mos. back too.He had a blast. It was good for him .HH

Nice finds as usual. Sounds like your a true friend to your pal.I;m sure the digging helped ease his mind.I know it sure helped me this year as my only brother was killed on the job in april.It was hard to go digging after his death as my brother always went detecting with me.God Bless and HH..Panz

Pretty decent haul Steve. I once found what I though was a gold pendant with an opal. Then I saw it said "Avon" on it. The opal was real though so I kept it since that's my birthstone.
