savannah,ga buckle find!!

the teknetics "o" goes deep today and pulls this awesome buckle from the ground. Has columns like the Ga. state seal and says "SAVANNAH GEORGIA JUNE 1911- GEORGIA BANKERS ASSN." ON THE FRONT. has a lady holding a sword and the man in the middle has a shield! on the shield says, "security strengthening confidence" on it. a very sweet relic find for me in the rain today! thanks for looking and hh! David
