great job! What were you using for bait? What kind of Catfish do you have in your area? We have Blue, Yellow and Channel....also one that taste like mud and goes in the garden.

Crawlers and red worms. I like to use bluegill pieces, but they weren't biting. We have a few different types of catfish. My favorite is the flathead, which has the whitest meat. This is a channel cat.

did the rabbit go meow perhaps? In California right down the highway there was a Vietnamese family who raised "rabbits" for dinner.

you don't fillet them....they are whole fried, just gut them and cut off the head, flour up to your liking and fry whole.
the tail ends up crisp as can be
