Imagine today's Tax rates,
Then working backwards Yearly for 100 Years.
Especially here in PA

a good reason to Think, before reporting a $10,000 dollar find.
I Got a feeling I'd need to take out a Loan after
to pay the Balance still owed

If I find something like that, and they found out, I would say that I charge $10,000 and hour for my labor so it's a clean write-off.
