where is the best places to hunt a elementary school build in the 50's?

My best finds at old schools are around the flag poles and the main sidewalk going to the front doors. Also the front yard of the school.

Any type of slope,Kid's roll things down and are fun for them in the winter

The Ground.......... Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

Look at the fences and baseball back stops. check out anyplace that looks like it could have been a hiding spot away from the main playground or I what I call the bully zone. Along sidewalks as these may not have been there when the school was active. Definitely dig pull tab signals.

If there are no tell tale signs of the playground. Use a criss-cross pattern on the grounds until you start getting hits. The playground area will be the best hunting, where the vending machines were located will be another hot spot. Good luck.
