Scratched a neat old brick up while site clearing today. Never seen one like it!

It's big, too, measuring 9 inches long by 4n 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches thick.

Cool find! I appears to be a Maryland fire brick, probably used to line a fireplace. Here is a link to a short discussion on them.
