To answer the questions....The quarter was by itself. But the wheats were in the same hole. Yes it is deffinatly a rush finding a silver coin and YES Strong Island can still produce !!!!! lol

Very nice quarter. I like your UMC Co avatar. I found one of those not long ago. It nitro club 12 ga. with the 8 pedal design around the cap. I've tried to exactlydate it but cant figure out when it was made other than between 1850-1910+/- era. HH

Some nice finds there. Nothing wrong with your Prizm II, as it appears to have found lots of stuff. I use a Prizm V, with the 9 1/2" coil, which gives me a little more depth than your 8" one. There might be a few deeper coins, but it looks like you took care of about everything lost these in the last 50 years. WTG

Those are great finds! I have a Prism III, and have found that if I go back over an area at an angle to my first trip, I can often pick up more signals. Also, dig those iffy signals too. You might be surprised.

Nice finds you have there. Vegasmtl is right, if you hit the same site at a different angle you will be very surprised of the amount of targets you pick up. I had the Prizm V before I upgraded to the DFX and it was a wonderful machine. Just take you time and move slow and listen to the machine. Very important that you wear head phones so you can hear those faint tones, that were you will get your deep silver. Good Luck!!!

Congrats on quarter and ring..Keep em coming ..HH

Very cool ring and nice quarter too!

Nice going.. Your Prizm II is definately working.. I love my Prizm II and find it to be a dead accurate coin shooter. Like they said in previous posts GO BACK AGAIN... I have been returning to spots I thought I had cleaned up and keep finding coins. Turn the sensitivity way up and disc. nails only.. Better yet wait a day after a good rain when the ground is wet.. Trust me you will find some more goodies....

Nice finds, Woody. I really like that ring.

I agree with some of the others. I believe there was a wheatie laying on top of your quarter. I've recovered a number of stacked coins, and that circle around the quarter is perfect penny size.
