Title of thread is "Second Opinion". I have been collecting for over 35 years, unless you have different better pictures. nothing in pictures posted says worked by man.
 

I have a couple that look like that. I was hoping they were artifacts. Bummer.

I can see on the left side why you may think there's an animal face , maybe jaguar but I am also saying natural and not intentional but a neat rock to keep

I've had it for years. I just thought it was a Pestle. I was going through some of it and noticed the notches in it. From a disc no doubt

It looks like a rock.
I'd be a bit careful about declare you picked that out of a washed out grave.
 

Man's imagination can see many things not there just as we see shapes in the clouds. Nothing on the rock says worked by man.
