I think you should really reach out to one of the Murderabilia forums like Write A Murderer and find out if anyone knows the name. But if you have no luck there then you should really reach out to the prison holding him,

This could be his mother, the first women who gave him those mixed feelings of arousal, anger and embarrassment back when he was a teen and would piss the bed, then his mother would hand wash him.

If you hit a dead end with that forum and the prison, then maybe having a look at recent serial killers after his conviction with crimes done after his 1984 TV Special. See if any of those names match the sig.

But one thing you could do now is reach out to DIggumup, the user here and ask him. That dude really seems to know alot of stuff about items.
