Got out for a quick afternoon hunt at a site I found earlier this year. Woods are tight now, used the 6” coil to swing the open areas. This site is still productive for a 2 hour escape after 4 hunts.
First target had me thinking silver button, but I should have relied on the VDI low tone of 10 and realized it was just another super shiny tombac button.
General Staff Eagle CW coat button was a surprise.
Same Pittsburgh Railways button as last week.
1878 IHP was a cool find. This is considered a semi key date coin, still working on cleaning up. 1 year off from the target year.
