Sending Precious Metals To Refiners

How do you send precious metals to the refiners of your choice? Good or bad experiences? Sent mine "certified mail/return receipt" with the USPS as I was told you needed a receipt for the item(s) for it to be registered and insured.

Yes they do, many members here have sent them to Midwest Refineries and ARA.........

I would have sent mine the same way, certified mail/return receipt and insured ...........

I sent mine to ARA, but being a first timer selling my loot (aarrrr), I was unsure how to confidently ship to the refiner. Thanks for the input!
