I believe it is better to ask a question rather than to remain ignorant. My
flag is fixed to one end of a pole, and is not made to be lowered. I can
correct it by replacing the flag with one that does adjust flag height.

We all know this... this is not the debate.

Shouldn,t be any debate.I agree with ARC. This is a big problem in the entire country,have to have a big hooha over every little tiny detail.No disrespect if you don,t half staff your flag. Some folks just don,t know,they don,t mean any disrespect.
