"Shake Well Before Use"

I just took some liquid meds, well past its expiration date, but that isn't my concern.. It said to "shake well before using". So what do I need to do to get all the active ingredients on the same page so they can start working together. Do I repeatedly run up a flight of stairs and tumble down from top, to bottom, or maybe go to a biker bar and call them a bunch of Mary's :dontknow:

I'd google helpful hints from Heloise, but I think she's dead :icon_scratch:

maybe eating some beans would work. seems to shake things up a bit. let us know if you die?

Spart: That med is for people that live out in the country. You don't know what to do because you don't have a well!

My biggest peeve is those Micro. pot pies that plainly state open both ends first. Now we all know it's technically impossible to open both ends first.

Wrong, lay the box on a table, or counter top.. Grab both flap ends and aggressively pull apart at the same time :icon_thumleft: I do this all the time :icon_thumleft:

Re: "Shake Well Before Use"

Actually they are in a paper bag in which they have to cook in the micro. The flapes are on the sides of the bag and have to be torn front to back or back to front. Using your method you would destroy the bag you would be opening both sides at the same time neither first. The brand name is Marie Callendar's get some and practice! They taste good and the price is right. But it is impossible to open both sides first!
