Shield nickel, farthing, ID badge.

I was at my 600 acre park the past two weekends and I found a 1869 shield nickel, toasted farthing not sure if it's king George the second or third..I also found a ID badge from kaman aircraft corp., a silver plated angle pin, clip and chain for pocket watch. Buckle,star shaped stud.The third photo I found a 1897 indian cent, four wheats,1958 dog tag, Saint Christopher visor clip, and some clad.

Great finds - pretty amazing that the photo in the ID Badge is still in good condition !
The Kaman Aircraft Company still produces heavy lift Helicopters.

Very cool badge. According to Google, the company was originally the Kaman Aircraft Company and incorporated as the Kaman Aircraft Corporation on 12 December 1945. Then, on 31 March 1967, shareholders voted to shorten the name to the Kaman Corporation.

I am surprised the photo lasted that long in the ground. It's a well made badge.

My father worked at Kaman in the earlier half of the 60s, on the transmissions for the twin rotor version. They temporarily sent him to Southern California to train others, and he finally got to see his younger brother and family that had moved out there after the WW2. I don't remember a badge. Supposedly the twin rotor was used in Vietnam, maybe as rescue missions?, but I've never seen any video proof,

There's a kaman stamping die on ebay right now it's from 1950 they say.

There's a guy in my detecting club that works for the Kaman aircraft corp. He says they don't give out personal information. If he is still alive he would be close to 100 or older.
