Congratulations. You get much better condition wheaties than I do. I wish a few wheaties came out of the ground able to look in that condition. I think out of 40 I have been able to keep 5 so far.

Nice finds! I seem to have the same problem as Postalrevnant, all the pennies I pull out wheat's or otherwise, with the exception of surface finds, are severely corroded. I've pulled out maybe 50 pennies, only two of those were wheat's so thats a pretty nice take for a days hunt.

Nice digs,love finding a merc. Where I live most of the regular mems come out looking just terrible,even ones just a couple years old. The wheats, however come out in really nice shape,I can usually tell its a wheat just by the feel of it...HH
