Short hunt after work

I got out for about an hour after work today in a park next to my office and found this. Says "Saint Paul American National Bank 1903 - 1928 Twenty Fifth Anniversery" Its on a short brass chain, thougt it was kinda cool. Also found 76 cents in clad.
