It’s an old female pintle from a large gate by the size of it. I did a bit more research on the thing.

Possibly barn door hinge part. This would be in the timber doorframe and the part in the door would have a pin in it that fit in the hole. The door would then swing on the pin in the hole. I have found many and seen some in service. Handmade by blacksmith.
