Absolutely incredible! Great finds!

Thank you very much. This is really a incredible camp. This whole feed is only from 1 camp.

I have experienced similar sites near Williamsport, Md. although other folks "cleaned" them out first, there was and is much to be had.

That's not surprising , there's some hardcore relic hunters in Williamsport.

First thing I can say JDug is my hat goes off to you for providing one of the best posting threads I've looked at in a longtime!
You really nailed it! There's something for everyone to look at in one of the many photos, and if the many inspiring finds and photos don't get folk's blood pumping it's time to get the paddles out.
Now if I may ask is this a pasture, or an annually plowed field?

Thank you sir! I'll be sharing videos when I'm done.

Today was a great day and I didn't even need a metal detector. I had dug 3 pits that formed a triangle all together. So I walked off the distances and made the triangle a square with pit 4 and just started digging. At 3 1/2 ' I hit ash and heard that ever so sweet sound of glass squeaking , the rest is history. I never found any big iron which explains why I never got any signals when I checked this spot a dozen times. Now that I have a good solid pattern of the hut rows I should be able to continue my success. I'll probably have to make myself expand these 4 huts before moving on. It's going to be hard because 10 more paces south is the next one where I dug a breast plate and 10 more paces is where I dug a nice Maryland button.
