Here is a 9mm found by Ron C. about this time last year. Oddcoins, Ron, and I were called by local law enforement to help find a murder weapon that they had been searching for, for a year. The field looked like the moon. Craters everywhere. Anyway, we were there for about twenty minutes when Ron found this thing about 2-3" down. Made their case. It was cocked and locked when found.

Found both guns in my favourite dig spot! (Aircraft dump). Chances are I will find plenty more if I could get rid of the sand. Both of them are a 1915 Webley and Scott pistol. The funny thing about them as the shell casing come out of the top of the gun! Also heard pilots in WW1 used these. The thing that gets me is that the dump its in was for WW2 aircraft. It makes no sence, I only wonder if it was a gun handed down to a pilot? Wouldnt that be a story.
