Sifting a saturday silver surprize and relics at the Empire

Hi all, yesterday went to the Empire mining site and tried a little sifting.The ground trash is too great to use an MD.So a got a large fan guard to do a litle sifting and digging.After 3 hours i found a single british shilling, part of a silver broach, opium bottle and a lot of junk.

Finding trash holes here is easy at this time of the year.late spring gets dry so most of the spring growth drys off, except in places that hold water and higher levels of nitrogen in the soil.The grow hight and colour is easy to pick out against a drying back ground.

Most snakes here generally take off, when humans are around except for Eastern Brown Snake .Number 3 on the world list and common even live under your house.In the mating season they been seen chasing after people.
nasty bite and nasty temper.best left be and are protected species.

Thats a nice coin. What size is it and what does the other side o' the coin look like. I make rings out of coins and the front looks like it would make a nice ring, other than you would lose the date.. Nice digs there
