Medal is marked on back Emperor Zsigmond (Hungarian: (Luxemburgi) referring to Sigismund 1 Holy Roman Emperor, and I have no idea what looks like the number =6113 refers to. If this is indeed Emperor Sigismund, that isn't his coat of arms over his shoulder. Those are the arms of the ecclesiastical prince-electorate of Mainz, one of the seven prince-electorates that constituted the Holy Roman Empire. Either this is a medallion from Mainz honoring the Emperor (perhaps on the occasion of a visit), or the cataloguer who made the notation on the back guessed wrong.
