A few days ago I hunted the yard of a house that was built in 1902.
It was a smaller area overall and part of the backyard was recently filled in.

1948 - Roosevelt Dime
1953 - Vatican City 2 Lire Coin - (Vatican City is the smallest country in the World - approx. 110 acres).
( 4 ) - Wheat Cents - (1911 to 1955)
Army Corp. Of Engineer's Enameled Lapel Pin - "ESSAZONS" on the bottom - French for "Let Us Try".

The 3rd. & 4th photo's are of a Non-Dug version of the Vatican City Coin.
The 5th Photo is of a Non-Dug version of the Army Corp. of Engineer's Pin.

Good Hunting !

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Great pin! And coins! It's always a gamble how enamel holds up in the elements. Seems to do slightly better underwater if it especially gets into the clay layer. Less oxygen.
