I never took any etiquette classes, but I think the smaller one is used for either frogs or olives. You know, the course before the entree.

Excellent flatware!

I am the guardian of the little forks. Excellent polishing job on those. I am happy that they are not Neptune's trident, because the salt water would do a number on them.
