Silver? Hallmark help on old flatware

This old set was in a box lot at an auction with a bunch of other stuff. The hallmarks have me stumped.... The fork is missing a tine. Thanks again anyone that can help me out. I sincerely appreciate the help!! . The spoon and knife are hallmarked. The fork is not.
