Welp... I picked ut up for $3.99. Here's a better picture.

Not sure. But by the looks of the heaviness of the item, I would make an educated guess that it is plated.

Yeah... in looking around the net.. I think the backwards c with the crown over the top means copper, the others... under silver I think.

So yeah... copper under silver plate. Ah well at $4 bucks a relatively cheap lesson eh?
