Got into a little silver while out searching for relics yesterday. Had a good relic day too, but thought I'd post something a little different. I'm really liking that sterling silver buckle. Has a makers mark inside so I'll see if I can look it up. Enjoy

Nice chunk, if I had to guess, I'll say early 1900s. Let us know what you find out? Is it a British hallmark?

Thanks, you're right. Early 1900's probably 1920-30's it's a buckle made by Hickok manufacturing Co. I found an ad showing this style of buckle with belt. Lots of folks had them monogrammed with a letter. Hallmark on back is Hickok.

Sweet sweet silver Jpro. Great looking buckle.
Congrats,

Excellent finds. Buckle rocks! I love that thing!

Nice silver finds!

Nice finds, was hard for me to see but it seem that it went along with the time frame of the Merc's. What were the dates on the Merc's?
