Silver or not?

Hey...

Dug a pendant that looks to be silver, had jumpy zinc silver tone and is stamped PK 926....yes 926 not 925...any help would be appreciated...

Found with my BH3300 about 4in...

Are you sure you're reading 926 instead of 925? 925 is Sterling Silver. It's 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. I've seen 926 in gold jewelry (usually Italy,) which means 22K gold. I understand if you see a 926 on any jewelry that is not YELLOW GOLD in color that it means it's plated over with another metal. You might want to take it to a jeweler or pawn shop and have it tested.Nice find, Breezie
