Silver Quarter And More

Went through my parents change jar and to my surprise found my first ever silver quarter. Also went through 4 boxes of nickels.

Box 1: 1945p

Box 2: Skunk

Box 3: Brand new 2016

Box 4: 1944d, 1942s, really nice 1939

Has anyone else got a solid box of 2016 coins yet. HH, Zach.

I haven't seen a new 2016 box of anything no. But this is the time of year they are usually around (March-beginning of June) at least in my area. Grats on the silver quarter. Dont come by them too often. Really sorry to hear you got cut off from dumping too. Did a nickel box a couple days ago and got 2 wars and a full date 1923 no mm buff. Keep at it, I like nickels more than any denomination.

I like nickels but they sort of irritate my skin after 20 rolls or so. I seem to have a very slight nickel allergy. The only silver quarter I found was through my first CWRs. Nice find on the 2016. I bet I would find some, but I'm not actively looking.

You should try using gloves when going through nickels so your not in direct contact with the coins. HH, Zach.
