Silver seal ring to ID

It's been recently found in former Jugoslavia (ancient Macedonia). IMHO it's Roman but I'm still in doubt. And whose face it might be? Appreciate any suggestion! Thank you!

Looks very Roman to me seen a few with a similar shape, and I have also seen the face somewere I'll look...great find
