Silver trifecta in the city!
Last hunt was 9/30 at this park. Got back today and decided to do entire hunt with new NEL Tornado coil on F75. Had stock coil in my backpack but never used it. First silver of the day was the sterling machine gun marksman pin (missing pin), next came the fancy earring and finally the 1964 rosie. Along with $3.87 in clad, I found a flat button with backmark "Warranted Fine Gold Surface". If you've found one like this and know the date, please inform.

Congrats on those 3 silvers. That stone on the earring looks cool, is it amber?

L-D,

The amber color is how the "red" stone photographed. Not sure what the stone is or how old the piece is. The area I'm searching has dark, somewhat sandy soil. You come across oyster shells and pottery shards at times. It is an area that has been used as a park for about 140 years, so there's plenty of targets, mostly modern trash; it seems though that the soil has been moved around. I've found bottle caps deeper than any of the three silver pieces found today.
