Went back to the median strip in S.F. and hunted it for about 2 hours with two hunting friends. Pulled out another large amount of copper tubing, might be 5 pounds worth. Only dug up one silver dime , two wheat pennies, and a few clads. Hunting partners only found some clad. I wanted to stay and hunt longer, but my two partners wanted to leave and hunt one of the many San Francisco parks.
Today I hunted one of those empty lots where they tore down a old house. Managed to dig out 7 wheat pennies and a mercury dime on the front, side, and back yards. My hunting partner Andy dug out 5 wheat pennies. Also dug up four foreign coins. My clad total for the two days was a little over $ 8.00.
