Simplex Headphones with Nox

The on/off button broke on my wireless stock for nox 800
waiting for new pair to arrive,

using poxy earbuds. I have the simplex sitting around as a standby

just wondering has anybody tested the simplex headphones with nox?

or is its pain to set up etc

You can use the Simplex headphones in wired mode but they use a proprietary wireless protocol which is not compatible with the Equinox bluetooth or Wi-Stream radios.

Does anyone use waterproof headphones for the Knox. If so what type do you use and what do you think of them?

Waterproof phones

I use LS Pelsos speaker type phones. Like them very much. Good sound and plenty of volume. I do not dive, just use them wading up to my neck. If you plan on diving look for piezo type phones.

I use the Tony Eisenhower waterproof headphones (over two years now) and am very happy with them.

Tony's are probably the best piezos out there.
