Fresh look at the tried and true 'one line (or word) at a time' thread but this time your post must be one full line from a song.
Just please try not to be so obscure that we are left scratching our heads wondering what song you are quoting, (talkin' to YOU Old Town and Spart :D ) If all goes well it should read like a story, not just random lines, (my apologies to the first couple posters :D )

I'll start off:

I get up at seven, yeah, and I go to work at nine,

(off topic: probably one of the greatest guitar solos ever in this one)

"We're just two lost souls living in a fish bowl, year after year."

Wow, misunderstood the thread. :D :tard:

"I.....have become comfortably numb"

"Strange brew -- kill what's inside of you."

And you can tell my heart, my achey brakey heart,

...that I don't have a gun, no I don't have a gun...

By the waters of Minnetonka

And you see a girl's brown body dancing through the turquoise,
And her footprints make you follow where the sky loves the sea.
