I went out for 3 hours this morning with my White's v3i before it rained, and spent two hours doing the water line. All I found was about $6 in coins. Then I headed up the beach and walked the dry sand.. Bingo!!
The markings show 916 - 22K! Woohoo!

......did you find the two gold rings in the same spot?.......I mean, like they were lost together?

PS: I discovered that the tiny black bands on that one gold ring are actually elephant tail! This is a popular ring with Hindu men and women.

That is most interesting......I have never heard of such a thing. Do you happen to know the significance, or reason for, using elephant tail? Whatever, that is a great find!!
