Anybody know anything about skyline drive park in Owego? Is it okay to hunt? Has anyone hunted it yet?.....Not GE

Skyline is private owened and the man I talked to there years ago was quite a nice man and if you aproach him the right way he might give permission. I used to live in waverly NY and remember skyline in Owego , eldrige in elmira and Fraleys park in waverly. sad eldrige is no longer there due to develpment.
